Here is your friendly reminder that it is OKAY to feel. All of the emotions that you are experiencing are VALID, and you should not be ashamed of this.
Allow yourself to feel the emotions that you are going through. Reach out to friends, family, or a professional if it would help you to talk out your emotions to someone. You don’t have to always have a brave face, it’s okay to be vulnerable, especially in a time like this. You are doing just fine, don’t be too hard on yourself.
