At Psychological & Educational Consulting, we have a team of professionals from which you can choose based on your need and our therapist's area of specialty and training. Our therapists are respectful, patient, and flexible in an effort to meet your needs and help you find relief, support, and answers to your questions. Yet, beyond the professional skill, we want you to find a connection with your therapist, as we recognize that this is an important part of our work together.
Rachael earned her master’s degree from Montclair State University. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor and has worked as a school counselor for the past 8 years. She has worked in the field of special education for over 12 years. Rachael completed post-graduate training in play therapy, AutPlay therapy, DIR/Floortime, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, family trauma models, children’s yoga, social thinking , nurtured heart and mindful parenting.
Rachael currently works at a school for children with special needs where she provides individual and group counseling as well as parent support. She also works with parents to provide behavioral strategies and interventions in the home.
Racael is the proud of mother of 2 children (ages 4 and 2). In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her boys.

Jennifer Mandato is a Licensed Associate Counselor who received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Montclair State University. She went on to pursue her Masters Degree in School Counseling from Centenary University. She is working towards her requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Jennifer has been a School Counselor for the past ten years in a private school for students with special needs. She provides individual and group counseling, as well as family support and future planning. She works with children, adolescents and young adults with Autism, Anxiety, Down Syndrome, and other Developmental Disabilities. Jennifer uses the Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic (CBT) model to guide her treatment.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her family.

Dr. Rick Manista
Dr. Rick earned his bachelors in psychology at Fordham University, his masters and educational masters at Columbia University and his doctorate at California Southern University. He completed his post graduate training at the Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy and Training. He is a certified crisis intervention instructor, an approved clinical supervisor, and certified Social Thinking level 1A clinician.
After working in private special education schools, Dr. Manista specializes in children with language based disabilities, high functioning autism, anxiety and social difficulties. His research interests include social justice and professional development. He has presented workshops to teachers, parents and medical professionals on anxiety, social skills, conflict resolution and therapeutic techniques.
His personal interests include reading, film, baking, video games, and anything Disney!

Chrissy Sunberg, M.Ed., AAC
Chrissy Sunberg is a certified Coach who works with children with Executive DysFunction Disorder. She earned her AAC certification from the ADD Coach Academy, where she is currently continuing in her training within the fundamentals of Executive Functioning Coaching for Families.
Chrissy completed a Masters in Special Education from New Jersey City University. She worked as a special education teacher in private & public schools. Chrissy has experience working with children with ADHD, Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Chrissy is also trained in Mindfulness and is a certified Kids Yoga Instructor through The Nesheemah Kids Yoga Teacher Training (NKYTT). Her training has also given her a background and expertise in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Mindful Education.
She has a passion for educating children and the families that support them on how to reach their true potential and live a life full of confidence and self- regulation.
Chrissy is the proud mother of 2 boys. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, traveling with her family and reading.

Nicole Filiberti, LCSW obtained her undergraduate degree in Social Work at Ramapo College. She then continued her studies at the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. She is a certified New Jersey School Social Worker and is completing her requirements towards certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Nicole also works at a private school for students with special needs where she provides group and individual therapy to students presenting with Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and learning disabilities. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic (CBT) techniques to help children and adolescents understand their
emotions and regulate their behavior.
In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, the outdoors, and music.

Michelle Molle-Krowiak, LCSW, Ed.S.
Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist. To further her clinical skills, Michelle received her Education Specialist degree specializing in play therapy. Michelle has been working with children and families for the past 20 years focusing on counseling children, and their families, with Autism, Anxiety, behavioral struggles, and learning disabilities. Michelle also works with children and families who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
Michelle also provides Parent Coaching to provide behavioral strategies to use within the home environment. She brings her expertise in play therapy as well as well as working with children with special needs, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Michelle is the proud mother of four children who is enjoying her parenthood journey with all its joys and challenges too!
