Suicide Prevention
Sometimes, the person who needs help the most is the person saying the least.
If someone is withdrawing, unusually quiet, expressing hopelessness, or saying they feel like a burden…ASK.
Don’t be afraid to say the word suicide. A direct question can open the door to a conversation they desperately need.
You don’t need perfect words. Sometimes, simply saying:
“I’m here. You don’t have to go through this alone.”
can mean everything.
Reach out today. Check in. Listen. Stay connected.
And if you’re struggling, please don’t stay silent. Your life matters, and asking for help is strength.
