Nick Campestre, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified NJ School Social Worker, with over 25 years experience working with adolescents, adults and their families. Nick’s experience includes being the Coordinator of School-Based Youth Services for a public school district and the Coordinator of Adolescent Partial Care at a major medical center.
Nick’s treatment approach focuses on evidence based modalities that suit each client including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. He provides group, individual and family counseling to address a myriad of challenges that adolescents and adults face. Nick’s focus areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, men’s issues and sports psychology.
Nick earned a Certificate in Sports Social Work from University of Michigan and is deeply passionate about supporting student-athletes’ well being. He helps clients learn practical and proven mental performance strategies to improve focus, confidence, manage stress and overcome perfectionism. Nick has experience working with high school and college athletes providing a caring and supportive environment to focus on their personal and athletic development.
